Who is this for?

Have you ever wondered if there is an easier, more efficient way of doing the things that you do? It could be horse racing, typing at a desk, walking, sport, singing, sitting, exercising, or speaking... All human activity is movement-based, this work helps us understand how our bodies can move with more poise, balance, thought and ease. If you are interested in improving yourself in these areas then I can whole heartedly recommend studying the Alexander Technique.

What do I need?

There's no need for any special clothing or equipment. Curiosity, an interest in change, and an open mind are powerful tools to bring to a lesson.

How much time does it take?

An individual lesson lasts between 30-45 mins, group lessons longer depending on size of group. Alexander Technique can be taught either one-to-one or in group situations. There is no prescriptive amount of lessons, while students can experience meaningful change in one lesson, the real worth of this work is something which accumulates over time. Just how much time is a decision which I leave to you.

How much does this cost?

Individual Lesson = €40
Group Lesson (2 people) = €35 per person
Group Lesson (3/4 people) = €25 per person
Series of lessons: 6 lessons (for price of 5) = €200 paid upfront
